We are in need of a Used Car Sales Manager for our busy dealership. Under the direction of the General Manager, the Used Car Sales Manager will own the job duties listed below:

Responsibilities

Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
Directs and schedules the activities of all department employees
Assists salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic goals
Hires, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all used vehicle sales employees
Maintains vehicle inventory
Conducts daily and weekly sales meetings and trainings
Attend manager meetings

Requirements

5 years sales manager experience
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Detail-Oriented
Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Excellent communication skills
